Brixx lets you transfer the ownership of your Brixx plans to other users. The transferred plan moves from its current Organisation into a new one owned by the receiver. To avoid confusion, Brixx automatically creates a new Organisation for the receiver where it will place the transferred plan.
A plan can only be transferred between two subscribers. If you or the receiver are on a trial, the teansfer will not be possible.
The plan you want to transfer must not be locked. If the plan in question is locked, the transfer will not be possible.
The receiver must have at least one available plan slot to accommodate the plan you transfer to them. If they have no free plan slots, the transfer will not be possible.
During the transfer, you can choose whether users with access to that plan keep their existing roles and rights after the plan is moved.
Go to the Plans page.
Click on the cog icon on that plan’s tile.
Choose Transfer Ownership.
In the popup, you will see the name of the plan being transferred.
Enter the email address of the receiving subscriber who will become the new plan owner.
If you want current users with access to the plan to retain their rights and roles, check the box.
Click Transfer to complete the process.
A new Organisation is automatically created for the receiver. The plan is moved into this Organisation, which is named after the transferred plan.
The plan will no longer be in your Organisation.
The receiver’s available plan slots decrease by one, and your free plan slots increase by one.
Users with access to that plan may or may not retain their rights to it, depending on the option you chose during the transfer.
Note: Since each transferred plan creates its own Organisation, transferring multiple plans creates multiple Organisations. If you want to transfer several plans to one subscriber, it is faster to transfer the Organisation instead.
