When you're added to a plan in Brixx, you might not see it right away—don’t worry, it’s there! By default, Brixx shows you the Organisation you belong to first, but if the plan was created in a different Organisation, you’ll need to switch views to find it.

How to Find Shared Plans

1. Go to your "Plans" Page – Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and then select PLANS in the sub-menu.
   

• Switch to the "All Organisations" View – Use the dropdown at the top of the page to change to "All Organisations."
  

• Look for the plans here – Once in this view, you’ll see any plans that have been shared with you, even if they’re from a different Organisation.
  

Why Does This Happen?

Brixx prioritizes showing you your own Organisation first, so if you’re expecting to see a plan but don’t, it’s likely under a different Organisation’s shared plans. A quick switch to the "All Organisations" view will ensure you don’t miss anything!

If you still can’t see a shared plan, double-check with the person who invited you to confirm the right Organisation and access permissions.
