You can always add more Brixx plans easily to your current Brixx subscription.

Important: When you purchase a Brixx subscription, our authorised third-party payment provider Paddle saves the details of the payment method (card information, billing address, etc.). If you choose to buy an additional plan, Paddle uses the stored card details to purchase the new plan.

How to buy a new plan

  1. Open your Account menu and click Buy Plan Slots.

  2. Choose the number of plans you want to buy using the slider.

  3. Click Upgrade.

  4. You will be asked to confirm the purchase. Check the details and click Apply Now.

You can also add a plan directly from your Plans page if you have used all the plan slots available. To do this:

  1. Go to your Plans page.

  2. Hover over Create New Plan and click Add More Plans.

  3. In the popup, you will see the current number of plans you have and the new number you are going to, along with the charges you will incur for it.

  4. Click Apply Now.

Note: When you click Apply Now, the new plan slot is automatically purchased using the saved payment method. There is no separate manual checkout or additional steps.

How to modify your Brixx subscription

Aside from buying a Brixx plan, you can also modify your existing Brixx subscription at any time. This includes changing your billing cycle (monthly to annual or vice-versa) and adjusting the number of Brixx plan slots your subscription holds (increasing or decreasing).

To make these modifications:

  1. Go to your Account menu (top right profile icon) and select Buy more plans

  2. You can toggle your billing cycle between monthly and annual

  3. You can move the slider to change the number of Brixx plans associated with your subscription

The changes take immediate effect, and any extra charges or credits will be applied right away.

After buying a plan

  • Your new plan slot is added immediately and is ready for use.

  • Purchasing additional plan(s) upgrades your subscription by the number of plans you buy.

  • Your saved payment method in Paddle is charged automatically. You also receive an email confirmation from Paddle about this purchase.

  • If you want to update your payment method or view invoices, you can do so through the Manage Subscription option.
