If for any reason you want to cancel your Brixx subscription, you can do so easily in Brixx.

Important: Cancelling yout Brixx subscription stops any future renewals. However, you will  continue to have full access to your plans until your ongoing billing period ends.

How to cancel your subscription

  1. Open your Account menu and click Manage Subscription.

  2. This will take you to your customer portal.

  3. Click Cancel Subscription.

  4. The popup will show you a confirmation message mentioning your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, along with the date and time.

  5. Click Cancel Subscription to cancel.

Note: You can continue using your Brixx subscription as usual until the end of your current billing period.
