If you bought a Brixx subscription before 19th January 2026, we would encourage you to switch your payments to Paddle.

As our legacy customer, you could be eligible for a discount code. Please contact Brixx support on [email protected] to confirm.

If you subscribed after 19th January 2026, your subscription is already managed by Paddle and you do not need to take any action.

Things to know before switching

If you are a legacy subscriber on 2Checkout, please note that:

• Your plan data will remain as it is. Any change to your current subscription, like modifying your billing cycle from monthly to annual (or vice-versa) and adding or removing plans, will move you to Paddle.

• You will be asked to re-enter your payment details when moving to Paddle.

How to switch to Paddle

1. Contact Brixx support to check if you are eligible for a discount.

2. Make a modification to your subscription. This will take you to the Paddle portal.

3. If you do not want to make any changes to your subscription, use this link to move to Paddle: https://app.brixx.com/Account/transit

4. Apply the discount code at checkout.

After switching to Paddle, your billing will be managed by Paddle, which means all future subscription changes will use Paddle.
